‍Brand: A company or individual seeking to promote products or services through Influencers.
‍Influencer: An individual or entity offering promotional services to Brands.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

Users must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Services Offered

The Platform facilitates collaborations between Brands and Influencers by providing tools for posting and accepting promotional deals. We do not guarantee the success of any collaboration or the fulfillment of any agreement between Users.

6. User Responsibilities

Brands:
‍Provide clear and accurate information about promotional deals.
Ensure that proposed collaborations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Honor agreements made with Influencers.

Influencers:
‍Provide truthful information about your services and audience.
Deliver agreed-upon promotional content in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that your content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

7. Fees and Payments

The Platform may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you incur them. Payments between Brands and Influencers are to be handled directly between the parties unless otherwise specified.

8. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they create. However, by posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

9. Confidentiality

Users agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received through the Platform and to use such information solely for the intended purpose of the collaboration.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users or the Platform.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fame Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Fame Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Fame Company operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
